Satisfaction Guarantee/Return Policy

In the rare case that a customer is unsatisfied with his or her artwork purchased from The Collectibles Hub, he or she may return the merchandise within 7 days of delivery and receive full credit toward any available products displayed on our web site. Customers are responsible to cover the expense of return shipping and shall use the original packaging material and container(s).

Note: In the case of returns, we strongly advise our customers to insure their merchandise against damage or loss before shipping. Customers will be held responsible for damaged or lost merchandise.

Canvas Paintings are shipped Rolled

All paintings larger than 08″ x 10″ (inches) are shipped to our customers carefully rolled and placed into durable cylindrical containers. Rolling and storing paintings in a cylindrical container is the best way to protect the valuable artwork from damage during shipping and provides an economical solution to an otherwise expensive ordeal (rolled paintings, as opposed to stretched paintings, are substantially smaller and lighter when packed for shipping). We do not ship paintings stretched on wooden bars.

After receiving their order, most customers will choose to stretch their paintings on wooden bars. Stretching a painting is a relatively common, easy and inexpensive task for your local frame shop or art supply store.

Material defects & Transport damages

If a delivered article shows material defects or transport damage please inform us within 48 hours of having received the goods. We will replace all the damaged items or fully reimburse you if we are unable to replace them.

Couriers & Potential Risks

The Collectibles Hub will not be liable for any delay, loss or non-delivery of merchandise delivered (or un-delivered) due to Couriers, fire, flood, wars, acts of God or any other cause that is beyond the control of The Collectibles Hub Pvt. Ltd.

Incorrect Shipping Information

The customer must supply correct shipping information to us. If the buyer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address,  The Collectibles Hub will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay or extra costs incurred for re-delivery.

Reservation of Ownership

We continue to own an article until it has been paid in full.
